okay. Better to catch the curve as it arcs than not at all, I guess. I will blog with the best of 'em!

I'm here in Portland, Oregon and believe after watching Mt. Hood off and on for just about 10 years, that the Gods really do reside there, as the native people believed. How else to explain that aura, that light, that air? Also, the Gods had something to do with those deep raspberry purple hydrangeas up and down Williamette Boulevard--they are not of this world. And finally, I think that Oregonians just hold a fondness for Coffee People; their coffee isn't better than that coffee that comes from Seattle, despite local acclamation.

This is the truth as I know it today.
