My pal Julie has some some health things going on that she can't seem to shake. Julie is so much fun, loves to laugh, and has a heart of solid gold. Although she has a wonderful son or two, a great marriage, and a ton of good things in her life, I am worried about her. This stuff she's working through is big time stuff. So if you have a minute, please offer a good thought for Julie and for people who love to have fun and for girlfriends. What would we do without each other? These were shot this morning in the garden and I dedicate them to Julie. Get well soon please!

As usual, your pictures are breathtaking. I really enjoy coming by here to see some beauty now and then. It's like a refuge. :)
I'll definitely go by Julie's site.

Chani, I am so glad. I got a new camera and I have been working at getting better with it. You can go to camera camp at a posh location where they hire models and get you into landmarks early and late but I figure, hey. Got enough to look at here. :)
Melser, today I only took about 6 pictures of hydrangea. hahaha. Was amazed at what the lens picked up on the buddleia. Thanks for the hugs for Julie; heard from her today and she's at home. That's good. She'll get more news on Monday.
Thanks, Pix. I feel bad for her.
:( Her husband has pnemonia, too.
This was a lovely way to cheer up Julie. I love your butterfly bush... mine is not as colorful this year.
My butterfly bush in an indestructible deep purple. I loved the red and blue that the lens picked up. I was surprised and pleased. There are lots and lots of blooms but they are little this year. About the size of hot dogs.
