Best In Show
It was chilly out but the participants in the cruise received anything but a chilly reception. It's become one of the best parts of summer here. Special shout out to my girlfriends; this pink and black Lucy and Ethel car would become us. Big Time.

Fabulous photos. Those vintage cars have more character than anything that's ever been produced since.

The people that own these cars are such an interesting bunch. By far, the ones that fascinated me were the older ladies driving the tricked out, cherried out, abfab cars *by themselves*. Now that had me curious!

Love 'em...love 'em...love 'em :)

I've owned a number of vintage cars and motorcycles over the years: '38 Ford Flatbed, '41 BSA, and a '51 Jaguar XK120 to name a few. There ain't nothing like 'em today. Thanks for sharing the photos...and you know, you so deserve and need a Lucy & Ethel car, Cheech. That's class...

oh my I love those old done up cars.... my lads, Tom in particular would of loved to of been there..... he now has 3 cars out the front, he just a few weeks ago bought an old ford capri to do up and customize as his summer project, and then last week a few days before I shipped him and Ben off to Spain to give me a break lol..(before I know I wasnt gonna be here for most of the week lol).. he bought a fab little car, the little car of his dreams lol with a paint job that changes colour as you walk past it from gold to purple, pink, blue, purple ... Im still trying to work out how it does it.... its parked right out the front of me little house and oh my how tempted have I been to drive that 'boy racer' car whilst he suns it in Spain....

Did you see a couple in a 1968 Charger? A blond and a Samoan/Mexican looking guy? Friends of mine...if you did.
